Brittanie Rocha

"As a medical office operator, I love being the reassuring first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and cared for from the very first moment they reach out to us. Patient care is my top priority, and I take great pride in navigating our patients to the right medical resources quickly and compassionately to make their healthcare experience as seamless as possible."

Medical Office Operator

"With 17 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, my passion is helping others and providing every patient with the best possible care. My compassionate personality helps put patients as ease and allows me to be a valuable part of the team. My journey began after seeing a commercial for Medical Assistant training and decided to call. I started classes the following week, and graduated as valedictorian. I quickly learned the medical field was where I belonged, and my greatest satisfaction comes from helping others, and showing kindness every day."
